abstract Provided are a learning device, an operating method of a learning device, an operating program of a learning device, and an operating device capable of further improving the accuracy of the prediction of a quality of a product by a machine learning model, when the machine learning model is trained by supplying multidimensional physical property-related data derived from multidimensional physical property data of the product to the machine learning model as training input data. A first deriving unit of the learning device derives the multidimensional physical property-related data related to the multidimensional physical property data as the training input data by applying an autoencoder to the multidimensional physical property data. A training unit trains the machine learning model by supplying the training input data including the multidimensional physical property-related data to the machine learning model, and outputs the machine learning model as a trained model for use in actual operations.
