abstract |
A purpose of the invention is to develop and provide a detection reagent for easily determining the serotype of a dengue virus at high sensitivity. Provided is a dengue virus detection reagent that includes a primer set configured to permit amplification of specific regions on the 5' end side of the dengue genome and at least one probe capable of hybridizing to each of the serotype-specific regions present in the fragment amplified by the primer set. |
