abstract Embodiments of present disclosure relates to method and system for automated guiding of a target object. For the guiding, a target object to be aligned with a region of interest is tracked and a current location information associated with the target object is estimated. Further, the current location information associated with the target object is compared with predefined location information of the region of interest. Based on the comparison, one or more coordinated stimulus are generated for guiding the target object with respect to current location of the target object, to aid in alignment of the target object within the region of interest. The automated guiding of the target object is performed using generated one or more coordinated stimulus until the target object is aligned with the region of interest.
