abstract |
The invention relates to a method (100) for producing a molding tool (20). The method (100) includes the provision of a workpiece which has a workpiece surface (22) comprising a metal. The method (100) further includes a structuring of the workpiece surface (22) by at least partially removing the metal from the workpiece surface (22) using an ion beam, thus resulting in a microstructured or nanostructured workpiece surface which forms a structured molding tool surface (24). According to the invention, the structuring of the workpiece surface (22) is carried out at least in some sections with a depth resolution in the submicrometer range of less than 1 μm and/or with a lateral resolution in the submicrometer range of less than 1 μm. |
