The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing tiles by using cement, comprising: inserting, into a ball mill, 400 g of water and 1,000 g of a mineral composition prepared by mixing 200 g of feldspar, 200 g of quartzite, 200 g of pottery stone, 100g of kaolin, 100 g of talc, 100 g of limestone, and 100 g of zinc oxide, and grinding same for 24 hours in the ball mill so as to prepare an emulsion; preparing a cement mixture by mixing 400 g of water and 1,000 g of a mixture prepared by mixing 800 g of cement, 100 g of waste ceramic powder, 70 g of the emulsion, and 30 g of sodium silicate by means of a stirrer; in an extruder equipped with a mold having a thickness of 3 mm, a width of 25 cm, a length of 25 cm, and a height of 1 cm, extrusion molding the cement mixture prepared in the first step by injecting the cement mixture in the mold so as to form tiles having a width of 25 cm, a length of 25 cm, and a height of 1 cm; transferring the tiles to a first dryer and primarily drying the tiles at 130 ℃ for three hours with hot air; coating the top of the primarily dried tiles with the emulsion by a thickness of 1 to 2 mm; transferring the tiles to a second dryer and secondarily drying the tiles for an hour with hot air of 180 ℃; and transferring the secondarily dried tiles to a firing kiln and firing the tiles at 1,150 ℃ for six hours. |
