A phosphor plate according to the present invention comprises a plate-like composite containing: a parent material; and a phosphor dispersed in the parent material, wherein a main component of the parent material is alumina, and the phosphor includes α-type sialon phosphor and satisfies an L * value of 73.5-85.0, an a * value of 4.4-8.0, and a b * value of 10.8-13.0, in the L * a * b * color coordinates when measured according to JIS Z 8781-4. |
