abstract |
[Problem] To provide a layered double hydroxide that enables sustained release of chlorine dioxide gas, a chlorine dioxide gas sustained release agent using the same and packaging thereof, a sustained release method for chlorine dioxide gas using the same, and a chlorine dioxide gas sustained release device. [Solution] The layered double hydroxide of the present invention includes chlorate ion (ClO3 -) between layers. The chlorine dioxide gas sustained release agent of the present invention is equipped with a layered double hydroxide that includes chlorate ion (ClO3 -) between layers, and a solid reactant. Upon contact with a gas that contains water vapor, the chlorine dioxide gas sustained release agent releases and reduces the chlorate ion from the layered double hydroxide, and chlorine dioxide gas is released in a sustained manner. |
