The present disclosure reports a method for producing an IgGl antibody by cultivating a CHO cell comprising/transfected with one or more (exogenous) nucleic acids encoding the antibody (and expressing the antibody), wherein in the nucleic acid encoding the heavy chain variable domain non-paired splice sites are removed and in the nucleic acid encoding the heavy chain constant region these are not removed. |
