titleOfInvention | Method for efficiently screening fibrinogen by using phage antibody library |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for efficiently screening fibrinogen by using a phage antibody library, comprising the steps of: coating a protein, sealing a flat plate, removing a background from a phage library, combining phage and the like. Compared with other phage, the phage screened by the present invention may be specifically combined with human fibrinogen, has a strong binding force and is easy to process. The phage may be added into various coagulation materials, the enrichment of fibrinogen is promoted by means of targeted combination of the human fibrinogen, and the blood coagulation effect is enhanced. The method has the characteristics of simple and easy to use reagents, a high success rate and the like. |
