titleOfInvention | Use of growth-promoting hormone releasing hormone agonist ghrh-a in preparing anti-aging medicament |
abstract | Disclosed by the present invention is the use of a growth-promoting hormone releasing hormone agonist GHRH-A in preparing an anti-aging medicament. GHRH-A is capable of resisting aging, comprising reducing the positive rate of senescence marker β-gal staining, reducing the expression of a related protein p21 in the cell cycle of senescent cells, and reducing ROS production; in addition, GHRH-A is capable of improving the mitochondrial morphology and function of senescent cells, increasing the expression of mitochondrial protein OPA1 and the ratio of long form to short form L/S-OPA1 thereof, and improving cardiac functions, that is, improving systolic and diastolic functions of the heart; at the same time, GHRH-A is capable of improving the body's immune cell ratio and immunity, increasing the number of stem cells, increasing the motor abilities of the body, promoting hair growth, and increasing the survival rate. |
