abstract | Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a nano organometallic carboxylate. The present invention effectively solves the problems of a complex washing process, and cumbersome, dangerous and uneconomical preparation of lye in traditional processes for producing of organometallic carboxylate. The present invention proposes a new technique for preparing a high-quality organometallic carboxylate which uses a carboxylic acid, caustic soda, a metal oxide or a hydroxide as raw materials and uses ball milling to assist a reaction. In addition to efficient use of liquid caustic soda, the present invention may also obtain a high-quality organometallic carboxylate, overcome the technical bias in the prior art of poor efficiency when using calcium chloride, sodium chloride and other salts to perform a reaction, and fundamentally solve the environmental pollution problem of washing waste liquid in the existing process. At the same time, an addition of a non-ionic surfactant renders the ball milling more efficient, and significantly reduces the product particle size. The present invention is capable of brining better environmental benefits and economic benefits. |
