abstract A nucleic acid quantitative analysis method based on intelligent device assistance and applications thereof. By means of designing and constructing a reaction system for nucleic acid amplification which triggers the sensitivity to pH by a nucleic acid target object, the method uses pH indicator cresol red whose color change interval is yellow 7.2-pink 8.8 to achieve a rapid visualized analysis of nucleic acid by naked eyes; on this basis, the method uses three-primary-color image scanning mode with intelligent device assistance to achieve a rapid detection and quantitative analysis of nucleic acid by means of an intelligent device detection terminal. The used intelligent devices comprise smart phones, pads and the like which have the picture-taking function.
