abstract |
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, for treating metabolic diseases, comprising milk-derived exosomes as an active ingredient. Particularly, the milk-derived exosomes of the present invention comprise mi-155 and mi-375 known to have antidiabetic activity, promote mRNA expression of IRS-1 and GLUT-4 proteins which are factors promoting signal transmission of insulin, and inhibit mRNA expression of C/ EBPβ and PDK4 proteins which are factors inhibiting signal transmission of insulin, and thus can be utilized for treating metabolic diseases. |
