abstract The present invention relates to an ophthalmic surgery device equipped with a lighting unit. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ophthalmic surgery device equipped with a lighting unit which can locally illuminate only a surgical site and adjust the direction of illumination. To this end, an ophthalmic surgery device equipped with a lighting unit according to the present invention, which can illuminate the inside of an eyeball during an intraocular surgery so that a field of view can be secured for surgery, comprises: a lighting unit for radiating light to the inside of the eyeball; and a body unit provided with a cap surrounding the front end of the lighting unit, an inner body surrounding the rear end of the lighting unit, and an outer body surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the inner body. When the cap is moved relative to the outer body so as to expose the lighting unit to the outside, the light of the lighting unit can be radiated to the outside.
