abstract |
As a technique for supplying a renal interstitial cell, a method for producing a renal interstitial cell is provided, which comprises a step (3) of culturing a renal interstitial progenitor cell in a culture medium containing a platelet-derived growth factor receptor agonist to produce the renal interstitial cell. The production method may further include: a step (2) of inducing a renal interstitial progenitor cell from a neural crest cell; and a step (1) of culturing a pluripotent stem cell in a culture medium containing a GSK3β inhibitor, a TGFβ inhibitor and retinoic acid and/or a derivative thereof to induce a neural crest cell. |
