abstract | The embodiment of the present invention relates to the field of nanometer composite phase change materials, in particular to a bulk aerogel, a bulk aerogel phase change composite material, and preparation methods therefor and applications thereof. According to the preparation method for the bulk aerogel provided by the present invention, terephthalaldehyde and an organosilane monomer are used as raw materials to synthesize a bridged polysilsesquioxane precursor, and a bridged polysilsesquioxane aerogel, i.e., bulk aerogel, can be obtained by a solvothermal method and by means of normal-pressure drying, wherein no complicated solvent replacement steps are required. The prepared bridged polysilsesquioxane aerogel has a bulk and porous structure and can be used as a carrier of the phase change material for encapsulating a large amount of phase change core materials. The bulk aerogel phase change composite material is obtained by using the bulk aerogel as a carrier for encapsulating the phase change core materials, which effectively solves the problems of core material leakage, phase separation, corrosion and the like, and the bulk aerogel can be used in an electric vehicle battery system, thereby effectively absorbing immese heat generated during the use of the electric vehicle and satisfying the in-vehicle heating demand in winter. |
