abstract As a simple antigen detection means using Q-body, the present invention provides an antigen detection kit which contains an antibody fragment to which are added a first peptide and second peptide having two fluorochromes capable of forming a FRET pair or a fluorochrome and a luminescent material capable of forming a BRET pair joined thereto, the antigen detection kit being characterized in that: 1) the first or the second peptide has a positive charge and the other peptide has a negative charge; and 2) the first and the second peptides are capable of forming a coiled-coil.
