titleOfInvention Three-dimensional ultrasonic image generation device, method, and program
abstract The purpose of the present invention is to enable a higher-resolution three-dimensional ultrasonic image to be generated by a three-dimensional ultrasonic image generation device, method, and program by suppressing blurred image regions caused by an organ to be measured. The three-dimensional ultrasonic image generation device includes: an image acquisition unit that acquires a plurality of two-dimensional ultrasonic images from a first viewpoint and a second viewpoint; a probe position information acquisition unit that acquires position information of an ultrasonic probe for each image that is captured; a three-dimensional ultrasonic image generation unit that generates a three-dimensional ultrasonic image; an organ extraction unit that extracts an organ included in the three-dimensional ultrasonic image; an image processing unit that extracts a blurred image region in at least the three-dimensional ultrasonic image from which an organ has been extracted on the basis of position information of the organ and the position information of the ultrasonic probe, and performs a suppressing process of suppressing the degree of blurring; and an image compositing unit that generates a composite three-dimensional ultrasonic image by compositing the three-dimensional ultrasonic images of the two viewpoints including the three-dimensional ultrasonic image which has been subjected to the suppressing process.
