titleOfInvention | 5-pyrimidine-6-oxy-pyrazolopyridine derivative, preparation method therefor and application thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a 5-pyrimidine-6-oxy-pyrazolopyridine derivative and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The chemical structural formula (II) of the 5-pyrimidine-6-oxy-pyrazolopyridine derivative is shown in the figure. The derivative and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof block a TGF-β/ERK signaling pathway by activating a sGC-cGMP pathway, thereby exerting the anti-fibrosis effect thereof. Therefore, as a novel sGC agonist, the derivative can exert anti-fibrosis and anti-tissue remodeling effects by up-regulating cGMP levels, and thus becomes a new strategy for drug treatment of pulmonary fibrosis diseases. |
