Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing high dispersion and high thermal conductivity silica. The method comprises the following steps: (1) formulating a sodium silicate solution and an acid solution; (2) adding a surfactant, an aluminium salt, a magnesium salt and the acid solution to the sodium silicate solution until the pH value of the system is 5 to obtain a mother liquor; (3) adding the sodium silicate solution to the mother liquor, adjusting the pH value of the system from 5 to 11, then adding the acid solution to the mother liquor, and adjusting the pH value of the system from 11 to 5; and (4) separating and drying the mother liquor, so as to obtain silica. Compared with the prior art, the silica prepared by the method of the present invention has a thermal conductivity coefficient of 15 w/m·k or higher and a dispersity grade of > 9.7. |
