abstract |
The present invention, is for in medicine sector, especially in regenerative medicine area, as a tissue engineering scaffold containing biological materials for regeneration of bone, cartilage and joint damages. As implanted in a body, the bottom layer (3) of the scaffold in contact with bone tissue and the upper layer (2) in contact with cartilage tissue. The mentioned layers have a gradient layer transition and characterized that mucus or slime ratio in chitosan matrix (4) is low compared to the bottom layer. |
