abstract | Disclosed is a novel method for preparing a tetrazine compound. The method uses nitrile and hydrazine hydrate, and can perform various substitutions in the presence of a thiol catalyst to obtain a tetrazine compound with various functional groups, and is convenient for further modification and transformation of the tetrazine compound, thereby obtaining more tetrazine derivatives with special functions. In addition, the method for preparing tetrazine compounds of the present invention has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, high availability of reagents, environmental friendliness, high product yield, gram-scale production, etc. The problems of the prior art where hydrazine hydrate is used to prepare tetrazine compounds are overcome, such as comprising single substitution, limited types of tetrazine compounds obtained, harsh preparation conditions, and difficulty of large-scale production. |
