| abstract | Provided is a continuous-type clip applier, comprising a fixing handle (1), a delivery handle (2), an applier close handle (3), a pushing mechanism (4), an applier tube (5), an applier head (6), and a closing clip assembly (7); the applier head (6) is disposed at one end of the applier tube (5); the applier tube (5) is provided with a filling slot (51); the closing clip assembly (7) is detachably disposed in the filling slot (51); the applier tube (5) comprises an outer applier tube (52) and an inner applier tube (53); the delivery handle (2) and the applier handle (3) are both hinged with the fixing handle (1); the opening or closing of the applier head (6) is controlled by means of linking the external applier tube (52) with the applier handle (3); the closing clip assembly (7) comprises a plurality of closing clips (71); the delivery handle (2) is linked to the pushing mechanism (4) to move same along the length of the inner applier tube (53), and thus drive a closing clip (71) to move in the direction of the applier head (6). During surgery, the continuous-type clip applier may, according to the type of surgery, select pre-mounted closing clip assemblies (7) of different specifications and quantities; the invention can quickly, conveniently, and continuously close the lumen tissue of the human body, thereby reducing the risk of surgical infection of the patient, significantly improving the efficiency of surgery, improving the timeliness of treatment, and reducing the workload of the medical care personnel. |
