titleOfInvention Processing method for catalyzing lactide ring-opening polymerization
abstract Disclosed in the present patent is a processing method for catalyzing lactide ring-opening polymerization. The present processing method uses zinc trifluoroacetate (TFAA) as the catalyst, uses an alcohol substance as an initiator or does not use an initiator, and uses a lactide as a monomer for bulk polymerization under a temperature from 110°C to 220°C, thereby preparing and obtaining a high-quality polylactic acid (PLA). The present invention uses a green zinc-type catalyst, has high activity, and requires a small amount. The synthesized PLA has a good color and an average molecular weight, Mw, of 1.29x104 to 7.34x105. The use of bulk polymerization allows for high practicality.
