Provided is a polyurethane resin that has excellent heat softening resistance and little variation in physical properties such as modulus at temperatures ranging from low to high, and is useful as a material for an article or the like used in a wide temperature range. This polyurethane resin has a constituent unit (A) derived from at least one polyol selected from the group consisting of polyether polyols, polycaprolactone polyols, and caprolactone modified polyols, a constituent unit (B) derived from a diol including a main chain having not more than two carbon atoms, or a diol including a main chain having a benzene ring and an ether bond, and a constituent unit (C) derived from an aromatic diisocyanate, wherein the polyol has a hydroxyl value of 150.0 mgKOH/g or less. |
