The invention relates to a computer-implemented method for determining the presence of a coronary lesion for a patient, comprising a first step of receiving at least one curvilinear or stretched multiplanar tomodensitometry (X-ray scan) medical image of a coronary artery of said patient. The invention is characterized in that it also comprises a step of determining a value according to the CAD-RADS (Coronary Artery Disease – Reporting and Data System) classification of a coronary lesion on said image or on a portion of said image by using a first trained deep neuronal network applied directly to the images or portions of images detected. |
