titleOfInvention | Efficient natural killer cell culturing method, and medium-added kit thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a natural killer cell (NK cell) culturing method applied to immunotherapy, and more specifically, to: an NK cell culturing method for efficiently amplifying and activating NK cells, which are highly effective for treating malignant tumors, by culturing a lymphocyte derived from human peripheral blood; and a culture kit (NKCM kit) used for same. A method for amplifying NK cells according to the present invention comprises: a step for stimulating NK cells by separating lymphocytes from peripheral blood; a step for culturing in a medium including IL-2, IL-12, IL-15, IL-17, IL-18, and IL-21; and a step for separating the NK cells. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for cell therapy, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises NK cells produced by the method for amplifying NK cells according to the present invention. The pharmaceutical composition for cell therapy according to the present invention is in some cases used to treat infectious diseases and/or cancer. |
