Disclosed herein is a water-in-oil type ultraviolet light-blocking composition that comprises: microparticles containing a polymer matrix in which bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is dispersed; and bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine dissolved in a polar oil, in combination in the oil phase part. Compared to a composition that comprises microparticles containing a polymer matrix in which bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine is dispersed, or bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine dissolved in a polar oil alone, the present invention exhibits a further improved ultraviolet light blocking effect while containing a smaller amount of bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, and can provide a fresh sensation of use without stickiness. |
