abstract |
Provided in the present invention are hirudin and an application thereof. Specifically disclosed is synthetic hirudin provided with the activity of inhibiting the migration of macrophages in vitro, which may be applied to the prevention and development of atherosclerosis. The present invention firstly prepares a hirudin hydrolysate HE from Whitmania pigra. By means of further analysis and sequencing, the amino acid sequence of hirudin HE4-1 is finally obtained and artificially synthesized. By means of tests, it is verified that the artificially synthesized hirudin also has the activity of inhibiting the migration of macrophages, and thus has good, practical application value. |
