abstract |
The present invention provides an adhesive sheet which comprises an adhesive layer having post curing properties, and which exhibits excellent processability in cases where the adhesive layer is post cured. An adhesive sheet which comprises an adhesive layer that is composed of a semi-cured adhesive composition, wherein: the adhesive composition contains a crosslinkable acrylic polymer, a crosslinking agent, a monomer having at least one reactive double bond in each molecule, and a polymerization initiator; the adhesive layer has post curing properties; and the physical property group (1) described below is satisfied in cases where the adhesive layer is post cured. The shear storage elastic modulus G' as measured at 23°C at a frequency of 1 Hz is 1 × 106 Pa or more. The shear storage elastic modulus G' as measured at 75°C at a frequency of 1 Hz is 1 × 105 Pa or more. The probe tack value as measured at 23°C is 1.5 N/5 mmφ or less. |
