Aa alpha-tocopherol microsphere, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The microsphere is obtained by means of a cooling crystallization method by using betaine as a carrier while stirring or vortexing. The obtained microsphere has a high tocopherol-loading capacity, good sphericity and fluidity, a high melting point, excellent chemical stability and higher bioavailability, and can be used for preparing animal feeds or human nutritional health care products. |
