abstract |
The present invention provides: a zirconia calcined body which enables one visit treatments by having a short sintering time, the obtained zirconia sintered body having excellent translucency regardless of the thickness; and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention is a method for manufacturing a zirconia molded article which comprises zirconia and a stabilizer that is capable of suppressing phase transition of the zirconia, wherein at least a portion of the stabilizer is not dissolved in the zirconia, and the method includes a step of obtaining a zirconia molded article by press-forming a mixed powder comprising the zirconia and the stabilizer at a pressure of 175 MPa or more. The present invention relates to a zirconia calcined body which comprises zirconia and a stabilizer that is capable of suppressing phase transition of the zirconia, wherein at least a portion of the stabilizer is not dissolved in zirconia, and the zirconia calcined body has a bulk density measured by the Archimedes method using a test piece having a thickness of 10 mm or more of 3.0 g/cm3. |
