abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel method for producing a triorganosilane compound. A method for producing a triorganosilane compound, which comprises the steps (1) and (2) described below. (1) A step for obtaining a monotriflate compound represented by formula (III) by reacting a diorganosilane compound represented by formula (I) with a triflating reagent.
