titleOfInvention Cellulose nanocrystal composite and production method therefor
abstract The present invention relates to a cellulose nanocrystal composite which contains sulfuric-acid and/or sulfo groups and anionic functional groups and in which fine metal particles are held, wherein the total content of the sulfuric-acid and/or sulfo groups and the anionic functional groups is greater than 0.17 mmol/g but not greater than 4.0 mmol/g. Due to this, the cellulose nanocrystals contain a large amount of anionic functional groups capable of holding fine metal particles, and the cellulose nanocrystal composite can efficiently and stably hold fine metal particles. The composite gives dispersions inhibited from increasing in viscosity or thixotropic property and has excellent handleability.
