abstract |
Provided are a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film, a laminate, and a molded article that exhibit a broad processing window in the execution of multilayering of wiring board and that exhibit both a high heat resistance and a high productivity. The thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film is constituted of a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer which is a polymer capable of forming an optically anisotropic melt phase. The diffraction profile of the polymer portion observed by wide-angle x-ray diffraction measurement satisfies formula (1): 0 ≤ UC ≤ 2.0 (1), where A is the integrated intensity above the base line at 2θ = 14-26°, B is the integrated intensity of the subpeak profile after approximating the main peak profile at 2θ = 22.3-24.3° as a linear function and removing same, and B/A × 100 = UC. |
