abstract | An imaging mass spectrometry device constituting an embodiment of this invention comprises: an analysis execution unit (1) for collecting data by carrying out prescribed analysis on each of a plurality of fine regions set within a two-dimensional measurement region (50) on a sample (50) or a three-dimensional measurement region within the sample; a first image creation unit (21) for using the data obtained by the analysis execution unit (1) to create one or more first distribution images that respectively represent the distribution of one or more specific components included in the sample (50); a formula storage unit (23) for storing, as a formula, a chemical reaction formula at least including one or more of the specific components as elements or a mathematical formula including the amounts of the specific components as elements; a signal value calculation unit (25) for using a formula acquired from the formula storage unit (23) in accordance with a user instruction to calculate distinct signal values from respective signal values in the fine regions composing the one or more first distribution images; and a second image creation unit (26) for creating a second distribution image on the basis of the results of the calculation. |
