titleOfInvention | Decision support system, and method in relation thereto |
abstract | A decision support system configured to support patients with Type 1 Diabetes,T1D, in their daily decision making, to determine a decision advice including timing and dosage of insulin, the support system comprises a primary module (2) facilitating a primary loop related to each patient belonging to a community of several patients with T1D, the primary module (2) comprises a primary feature estimation block (4), a feature augmentation block (6), a decision advice block (8), and a control unit (10). The system further comprises a secondary module (12) facilitating a secondary loop being a learning loop configured to apply organized data from said community of several patients with T1D, and that said primary module (2) and said secondary module (12) are involved in the decision making for each patient belonging to said community, wherein said secondary module (12) comprises a clustering of patients block (14), and a feature estimation per cluster block (16). |
