Disclosed is a method and application for preparing a dispersant using a lignin degradation product. The degradation product is obtained by using lignin as raw material, performing alkali activation and metal oxide catalysis assisted by microwave. And the degradation product is used as raw material, performing reactions of molecular rearrangement and chemical modification by using sulfamic acid monomers, aldehydes, urea, isocyanates to obtain the dispersant, where the dispersant has relative molecular mass Mn of 6000-300000. The method for degrading lignin of the present invention is simple and efficient, the obtained degradation product has a small molecular weight, and the dispersant prepared from the degradation product has good dispersion performance, enhanced and stable performance. The present invention can be used in many fields such as ceramic additives, water reducers for concrete, dye dispersants and additives of coal water slurry, and has broad prospects of promotion and application. |
