Provided are a micro light-emitting diode display panel, preparation method, and display device; the micro light-emitting diode display panel comprises an active layer (21), a gate insulating layer (22), a gate electrode (23), a source electrode (24), and a drain electrode (25); a pixel electrode (31), a micro light-emitting diode (4), and a light-shielding layer covered with the active layer (21), the gate insulating layer (22), the gate electrode (23), the source electrode (24), and the drain electrode (25) (112); the light-shielding layer (112) blocks light emitted by the micro light-emitting diode (4) from irradiating a thin film transistor, thus reducing the impact of the micro light-emitting diode (4) on the thin film transistor. |
