titleOfInvention Endoscopic systems, devices, and methods
abstract An endoscopic system (10) includes a main assembly (100, 200) having a main assembly body (100a, 200a), and an expandable member (120, 140, 220, 240). Main assembly body (100a, 200a) may include a proximal region (190, 290), a distal region (110, 210), and a central region (130, 170) having a pressure opening (132, 152, 232, 272, 252) for providing positive pressure. Expandable member (120, 140, 220, 240) may have a tubular structure with interior channel (129, 149, 229, 249), inward facing interior surface (126, 146, 226, 246), outward facing exterior surface (130a, 170a, 230a, 270a), and first and second ends(122, 142, 222, 242). Interior channel (129, 149, 229, 249) may house the central region (130, 170) of the main assembly body (100a, 200a). First end (124, 144, 224, 244) of the expandable member (120, 140, 220, 240) may be secured to the proximal region (190, 290) of the main assembly body (100a, 200a). Second end (122, 142, 222, 242) of the expandable member (120, 140, 220, 240 ) may be secured to the distal region (110, 210) of the main assembly body (100a, 200a). When the pressure opening (132, 152, 232, 272, 252) provides positive pressure, the tubular structure of the expandable member (120, 140, 220, 240) between the first and second ends (122, 142, 222, 242) of the expandable member (120, 140, 220, 240) may expand outwardly away from the central region (130, 170, 230, 270).
