abstract Provided is a nuclear magnetic resonance and magnetic resonance spectroscopy data processing apparatus. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the nuclear magnetic resonance and magnetic resonance spectroscopy data processing apparatus comprises: a data input unit for receiving input data from a magnetic resonator, and after classifying incomplete data from the input data on the basis of a sampling time, classifying, on the basis of a preset criterion, the remaining data other than the incomplete data from among the input data, as complete data satisfying the criterion or as defective data not meeting the criterion; a data recovery unit for obtaining recovery data by recovering the incomplete data and the defective data received from the data input unit; and a disease diagnosis unit for generating metabolite quantification data on the basis of a metabolite concentration range by using the complete data received from the data input unit and the recovery data received from the data recovery unit.
