The invention relates to a method for pre-lithiating a lithium-ion capacitor electrode, wherein the method comprises the steps of adsorbing lithium ions (5) on an activated carbon electrode surface; constructing the lithium-ion capacitor by assembling the activated carbon electrode and a negative electrode in an electrolyte; and lithiating the anode by charging the lithium-ion capacitor after assembly. |
