abstract | The present invention relates to a wire apparatus, having a foldable coronary artery protector connected thereto, which is inserted into a coronary vein and applies tension in a surgery such as mitral valve cerclage or tricuspid valve cerclage and, more specifically, to a wire apparatus, having connected thereto a foldable coronary artery protector for protecting the coronary artery in mitral valve cerclage, in which a foldable coronary artery protector is comprised, the in vivo entry of the coronary artery protector is easily carried out during in vivo entry and, upon reaching the coronary artery, a cerclage wire is pulled and thus the foldable coronary artery protector is unfolded and formed into an arch, thereby preventing the cerclage wire from pressing the coronary artery, widening the pathway of the coronary artery passing below the coronary vein and more effectively protecting the coronary artery. |
