abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a modified recombinant RavZ protein, a modified recombinant RavZ protein produced thereby, and a selective autophagy inhibitor comprising same, the method comprising the steps of (a) removing a membrane targeting domain from a RavZ protein so as to obtain a recombinant RavZ protein in which a membrane targeting domain is deficient, and (b) substituting an LIR motif of the recombinant RavZ protein, obtained in step (a), with an LIR motif derived from another protein so as to obtain a modified recombinant RavZ protein. A selective autophagy inhibitor comprising a modified recombinant RavZ protein, of the present invention, can selectively remove autophagosomes, thereby being effectively usable in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. |
