abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a surface-treated plate for an alkaline secondary battery that has a gas generation suppressing effect and is resistant to alkaline electrolytic solution. A surface-treated plate 100 for an alkaline secondary battery according to the present invention comprises a base material 10 and a metal layer 20 formed on at least one surface of the base material 10, and is characterized in that: the metal layer 20 includes an alloy layer 20M comprising Ni and Zn; the alloy layer includes a first region 20A in which the ratio of Ni to a total amount of Ni and Zn is 60 to 85%; and the first region 20A has a thickness of not less than 0.15 μm. |
