Novel method for producing lecithin s/o formulation, and formulation therefrom |
abstract |
The present invention addresses the problem of finding technology for enabling the production of an S/O formulation containing a lecithin that is a biocompatible surfactant at a low cost and without the use of organic solvents. As a result of diligent research, the present inventors found a method for producing a lecithin-containing S/O formulation comprising the three steps described below, and thereby solved the abovementioned problem. As a first step, a combination of an aqueous solution of a water-soluble active component and either a lecithin or a lecithin and another surfactant is kneaded, and a gel emulsion is formed. As a second step, the emulsion obtained in the previous step is lyophilized and S/O nanoparticles are obtained. As a third step, an oily base material is added to the S/O nanoparticles obtained in the previous step and an S/O formulation is obtained. |
