abstract Provided are: a transfer sheet that can easily make the surface of a decorative molded product have good tactile feel and impart a good appearance; and a method of manufacturing the decorative molded product. A transfer sheet (10) according to the present invention comprises a release sheet (20) and a transfer layer (30), wherein the release sheet (20) includes a base material (22), a release layer (24) provided on one surface of the base material, and a pattern layer (26) provided on the other one surface of the base material (22), the thickness of the pattern layer (26) is 5-30 μm, and after peeling off the release sheet (20) and the transfer layer (30), the gloss value at incident light 60° of the surface of the release layer (24) opposite to the base material (22) is 60 or less.
