abstract | An ultrasonic vibrator according the present disclosure is provided with a piezoelectric element and a support member supporting the piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element comprises: a flat piezoelectric body; a first electrode laminated on at least one side of the piezoelectric body in the thickness direction; and a second electrode laminated on at least the other side of the piezoelectric body in the thickness direction. The support member is provided with a first terminal connected to the first electrode of the piezoelectric element, and a second terminal connected to the second electrode of the piezoelectric element. The first terminal and the second terminal are provided with portions that do not overlap the piezoelectric element in the thickness direction. |
