abstract |
This thermoelectric conversion module has: a substrate; a thermoelectric conversion layer which is formed on the substrate and in which p-type thermoelectric elements and n-type thermoelectric elements are arranged alternately; a partition wall which is disposed around the perimeter of the thermoelectric conversion layer; and a covering layer which covers the surface of the partition wall and the thermoelectric conversion layer. This method is for producing a thermoelectric conversion module having an electrode, and involves forming the partition wall at the same time as the formation of the electrode. Provided are: a thermoelectric conversion module which prevents ingress of moisture from outside through a covering layer or an interface between a covering layer and a substrate and which is capable of providing high durability; and a method for producing such a thermoelectric conversion module. |
