titleOfInvention | Touch panel and method for manufacturing touch panel |
abstract | Provided are a touch panel that suppresses resistance change over time in an active area, which is an input area of the touch panel, and a method for manufacturing the touch panel. A touch panel in which an image display module, a first transparent insulating layer, a conductive film, a second transparent insulating layer, and a cover part are laminated in this order, the conductive film being arranged on the display surface side of the image display module, wherein the conductive film has a detection portion configured of a conductive layer on at least one surface of a transparent flexible base material, and a take-out wiring portion that is electrically connected at one end to the detection portion and connected at the other end to an external connection terminal; the conductive film has a bent portion that is bent at a predetermined bending position so that the external connection terminal is arranged on the side opposite to the display surface side of the image display module; and the side surface of the second transparent insulating layer that is orthogonal to the stacking direction and the bent portion of the conductive film are covered with a sealing layer. |
